We started our introduction to the Daily Five activity of Read to Self today. As you can see, we are off to a great start!  Everyone was eager to share their favorite parts at the end of reading time. Impressive work Grade 3!!

It was great to see everyone's smiley faces today!  We had a great day getting to know one another!  I think we're going to have an awesome year!

Here's the escalator video that sparked a lot of discussion.   We talked about how important it is to "get off" the escalator in our class!  Asking questions is smart!!
